Consulting was commissioned by Peter Lik to build
a software solution that would manage and automate
his complex business processes. Up to this point
he was unable to find an “Off-The-Shelf” program that fit his needs
and had the visual appeal to professionally represent his company. At the time
we were contacted by Peter Lik, his company was experiencing substantial growing
pains. They needed control and automation of their sales and production processes
to reduce errors, insure accurate edition and pricing, and improve production
delivery time.
Utilizing
the latest technology, we successfully built
and implemented a system that has been in use
by Peter Lik Corporation for over 4 years. In
that time it has contributed to the growth of
the company from annual sales of approximately
5 Million to over 40 Million.
The
system includes many components that together
provide solutions that overcame challenges in
all areas of their business process. Some resulting

and manage realtime sales status of all print
editions.

price structures including premiums
and discounts.

accurate visual rendering of print, edition
number, liner and frame.
• Automate sales and production processes including
change orders and RMAs.
• Manage customer / collector relations (before, during and
after a sale).
• Professionally represent the company in appearance.
The system was developed while in use by hundreds of users in galleries around
the world and a full production facility responding to all sales production
orders including automated change process.
